disturbing case of sexual assault has surfaced from Yamunanagar district, where a 10-year-old girl was reportedly attacked by a neighbor inside her own house. The accused allegedly entered the home when the child’s parents were away and committed the heinous act.

ccording to police sources, the victim’s father stated that he and his wife had gone out around 5 PM for some work, leaving their daughter alone at home. Taking advantage of the situation, the accused — a young man from the same neighborhood — entered the house and assaulted the child.
When the parents returned, the girl narrated the ordeal, after which her father immediately reported the matter to the local police station at Chhachhrauli. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Police Investigation Underway

olice officials confirmed that a special team has been formed to locate and arrest the absconding accused. Medical examination of the victim has been conducted, and her statement recorded in the presence of a female officer. Authorities have assured that the accused will be brought to justice soon.
